Wrong set up

How often do you see a chess board set up incorrectly?   Does anyone know of other examples?

    This is quite a commom occurrence, see for example my article here:

    Publishing pictures of rainbows with the colours "the wrong way round" is a similar error.

    Recently, a cheap but popular chess set I saw had the co-ordinates on the wrong sides of the board (d1 was a dark square).
