Suffolk 1st team goes top


On Sunday, Suffolk's first team started this season's EACU County Championship campaign. After a morning and afternoon of exciting county chess action at the Turner Hall in Newmarket, Suffolk managed to land in top spot of the league table on 'Games' count.


The match scores and individual results are now available on the East Anglian Chess Results website. Stephen Gregory, Robert Sanders and Zia Quader were the only players to win both their games.
